I just saw a commercial for the Energy Upgrade CA initiative during an NBA game. It looks like a state wide effort to get individuals to take small actions to contribute to our environmental goals. It looks like a more 'savvy' and action oriented campaign compared to the antiquated communications of the EPA, as our speaker Cindy alluded to.
